Onda

Onda — adaptive fitness

Fitness that adapts to your real life.

Onda gives you a real training plan. When the day refuses to cooperate — twenty minutes instead of an hour, a hotel room instead of a gym, a shoulder that woke up angry — the plan reroutes. You are not behind. There was never a version of the plan that you were behind on.

The idea

The plan reroutes. You don’t fall behind.

Most training apps have exactly one response to a day that went sideways: a red mark on a calendar. The plan stays perfect and you become the thing that failed. Onda works the other way around.

  1. You have a route

A plan with a shape to it — weeks long, built around your goal, the equipment you actually own, and the days you can actually train.

  2. The day changes

Tell Onda what changed. Less time. Low energy. Wrong location. No barbell. A sore lower back. A flight you forgot about.

  3. The route changes with it

Onda writes you a new session that fits the day you actually have. The movements you have earned stay in. The optional ones come off first.

Same session, honestly reduced. The squat and the hinge are load-bearing, so they stay; the carries were the first thing to go.

A rerouted session you finish is worth more than a perfect session you skip.

Onda keeps the original session on the record when it reroutes — not to hold it over you, but because it is the only honest way to count how often a bad day got rescued instead of lost. That number is the one worth watching.

Reroute runs on deterministic rules, not a language model. The same inputs always produce the same session, it happens in a fraction of a second, and it does not need a connection to work.

Plainly

What Onda will not do.

It will not sell your data or use it to advertise to you. It will not punish you with a broken streak. It will not pretend to know something about your body that it cannot know.
